Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sushi Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and a keen understanding of food safety and handling practices. This role is essential in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards, ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, contributing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Experience





- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred, with a focus on meal preparation and food handling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve culinary skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.80-$25.00 per hour
