Job Description

Win Smart Inc. is urgently hiring Warehouse Cleaners for one of our clients located in Vaughan, Ontario.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join the cleaning team at a busy warehouse and distribution facility.

The selected candidates will be assigned to our client's facility and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sweep and maintain warehouse floors, operational areas, and designated workspaces.
- Collect and dispose of garbage, cardboard, and general waste in designated compactors.
- Clean offices, staircases, handrails, and common areas.
- Operate auto-scrubber floor cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness around loading docks, van lines, and dock doors.
- Collect garbage and debris from parking lots, trailer areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Remove plastic wrapping from pallets and organize empty pallets in designated areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and site supervisor instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada for at least 35 hours per week.
- Must successfully complete a satisfactory background check as required for the client assignment.
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
- Previous warehouse, industrial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience operating auto-scrubber machines is an asset.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties involving standing, walking, bending, and sweeping.




- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to commute reliably to the client facility in Vaughan.

Compensation & Work Schedule

- Hourly Rate: $17.95 + 4% vacation pay
- Shift: Morning (6:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Shift Duration: 7.5 hours
- Paid Break: 30 minutes
- Unpaid Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Total Paid Hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temporary / Contract Assignment
- Assignment Duration: To be discussed during recruitment
- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
