The Retail Operations Manager coordinates daily store operations, supports sales performance, and helps create a consistent, welcoming customer experience. This role brings together team leadership, merchandising, and operational planning to keep the store organized and responsive.

Responsibilities

- Manage online orders daily
- Visual merchandising of the store
- Manage sales and operations of Canadian Tire store
- Oversee POS processes, cashiering, cash handling, customer service areas
- Monitor store operations and sales results, organize priorities, and communicate updates to colleagues.

- Skills Required:
- Practical retail leadership,



communication, organization, time management, math, and customer service skills support supervising staff, managing store operations, and handling sales and cash accurately. Preferred: Retail management, store or sales management, supervising experience, and strengths in negotiation, bilingual or multilingual communication, administrative work, and training and development are valuable.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
