About our Pilates Socials
Our Pilates Socials are where movement meets community. Each week, we bring people together for a feel-good, all-levels mat Pilates class followed by a relaxed social catch-up.
Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or you're a seasoned regular, our classes are designed to be welcoming, energizing and fun. Expect a full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility, posture and mindful breathing, set to great music in a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere.
After class, the real magic happens: guests stay to chat, connect and make current friends. It's not just a workout; it's a weekly ritual that leaves you feeling stronger in body and mind, and more connected to the people around you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan and teach an engaging, all-levels mat Pilates class each week Offer modifications and progressions so everyone can join in Welcome guests,
check for injuries and keep everyone safe Create a relaxed, social vibe. Music and energy encouraged! Help set up and pack down mats and equipment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Pilates instructor qualification (mat at minimum) 1+ year teaching group classes Current First Aid and CPR Public liability and professional indemnity insurance A warm, outgoing personality and confidence leading a group Reliability for the weekly time slot
NICE TO HAVE
Experience teaching events, pop-ups or community classes Reformer, prenatal or other specialist training An active social media presence
