Fuze HR Solutions is currently recruiting reliable, hardworking Production / Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Brantford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality work.

We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a commitment to following workplace safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What You'll Be Doing

- Package finished products coming directly off the production line.
- Place finished products into plastic bags and organize them into cardboard boxes.
- Properly seal boxes using packing tape.
- Lift and transfer completed boxes onto designated skids for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including hygiene, cleanliness, and proper product-handling procedures.
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining consistent productivity and quality.

What We're Looking For

- Ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 10–20 lbs.




- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability and willingness to strictly follow GMP protocols, including personal hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace requirements.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to follow workplace procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and a strong work ethic.

Shift & Compensation

Permanent Night Shift:

- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Training Requirements:

- Initial two weeks of training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Hourly Compensation:

- Base Rate: $17.95/hour
- Night Shift Premium: $1.00/hour
- Total Night Shift Rate: $18.95/hour
