Overview

A dynamic walk in Clinic in NE Calgary requires a Clinic Manager to coordinate daily clinic operations, supports staff, and helps maintain an organized, responsive environment for patients and colleagues. This role brings together people, records, and resources to keep workflows running smoothly and support consistent service.

Duties

- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and administrative workflows, addressing issues and communicating updates to staff.
- Support human resources activities, supervise team members, and help colleagues understand procedures and responsibilities.
- Maintain electronic medical records and apply medical terminology accurately when handling clinic information.
- Monitor budgets and operational needs, using relevant systems such as Med Access where applicable.
- Billing and Reconciling Experience
- Referral management and follow up

timely support to patients.
- Telus Med Access experience is an asset.
- Degree from SAIT, Bow Valley College is required.
- 2 years of clinical management experience is preferred.

Skills

Required: Practical skills in organizing clinic workflows, maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly, supporting staff, and monitoring budgets are important for this role. Preferred: Medical office experience, supervising experience, and familiarity with Med Access electronic medical records, and medical terminology are valuable; hospital, nursing, or acute care experience can also strengthen your contribution.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
