The role This is a full-time, permanent role selling pre-construction real estate to investor clients. You will work leads that the company provides, supported by a fixed base salary and incentives.



What you'll do - Engage and qualify company-provided leads - Present pre-construction opportunities to clients in Canada and globally - Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM - Conduct site visits - Take clients through to closing - Build long-term relationships and repeat business What we're looking for - Active RECO registration (required) - Strong communication and follow-up - Comfort working with a CRM - The right mix of ethics, attitude and commitment Compensation $40,000–$100,000 per year, including fixed base salary + incentives.
