As an Electronics Sales Associate, you’ll help customers compare technology products, understand features, and choose options suited to their needs. You’ll support a welcoming, organized retail experience through knowledgeable service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and recommend electronics using customer service, sales, and appropriate upselling.
- Demonstrate product features, explain technical information clearly, and support customers with product comparisons.
- Operate POS systems, process purchases, handle cash, and complete cashiering tasks accurately using basic math.
- Maintain merchandising and product displays, organize the sales area, and manage time effectively while assisting customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, English proficiency, customer-focused service, basic math, POS and cash-handling accuracy, organizational skills, time management, and professional phone etiquette are practical capabilities for this role. Preferred: Retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales experience; product demonstration and merchandising skills.

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
