Xtreme Security Inc. is currently hiring an experienced and reliable Janitorial Cleaner for the daily cleaning and maintenance of an open shopping plaza and parking area in Surrey, BC.
The ideal candidate must have previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience and be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and general maintenance of the shopping plaza and parking areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean common areas, walkways, and entrances.
- Collect garbage and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Remove litter, debris, and waste from outdoor areas and parking spaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages,
or safety hazards.
- Ensure the plaza and parking areas remain clean, secure, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available for daily scheduled shifts.
- Strong attention to detail.
