Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and processing payments
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Uphold food handling standards and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all patrons




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills, balancing guest needs seamlessly

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating welcoming atmospheres
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Experience in bartending or serving in a quick-paced environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
