What You’ll Do
- Prep ingredients and follow standardized recipes to deliver consistent quality
- Cook, portion, and plate food according to restaurant guidelines and ticket times
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked while meeting sanitation standards
- Communicate with your team to support smooth service and accurate order flow
- Work efficiently in a busy, rapid-paced environment while staying focused
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant cooking experience is preferred, and we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to read and follow recipes, production guides, and procedures
- Strong multitasking skills and a commitment to working efficiently
- A team mindset and pride in serving high-quality food
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
