Lead Projects. Create Value. Build What’s Next.
Are you an experienced construction professional who knows how to turn development plans into successful projects? Do you combine robust financial and commercial judgment with hands-on construction oversight and the ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and deliver results?
Clarke Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a growing portfolio of construction, development, renovation, and capital improvement projects across New Brunswick. Acting as the Company’s Owner’s Representative, you will take ownership of projects from initial planning and design through construction and final delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives, approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Several major projects are expected to get underway, including new multifamily residential developments in Fredericton and Moncton, a hotel renovation in Saint John, and a retail/office-to-residential conversion in Saint John, with additional projects planned.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping projects, influencing key decisions, identifying opportunities to create value, and building solid relationships across a growing real estate portfolio.
If you’re commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, we’d like to hear from you.
