Job Requirements:

Proven experience in medical office administration

Proficient in medical terminology

Experience with Accuro EMR (required)

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality service

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently

Proficient in computer applications, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to work some weekends, if necessary

Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Access to reliable transportation (the clinic is located in the FortWhyte area; no bus route available)

Key Responsibilities:





Greet and assist patients both in person and over the phone

Register patients for clinical appointments and maintain accurate records

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, fax, and other communication channels

Update and maintain patient records in the EMR, ensuring test results, clinical documents, and demographic information are current

Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures, providing chaperone support as needed

Process billings for uninsured services and manage private pay transactions

Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
