Job Summary

The Budtender welcomes customers, helps them explore available products, and supports a smooth, informed retail experience. This role combines attentive service, accurate transactions, and organized merchandising while contributing to a welcoming store environment.

Duties

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and communicate product information clearly and professionally.
- Process purchases using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain attractive product displays, support merchandising, and keep sales and filing records organized.
- Assist with daily store tasks, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers efficiently.

Skills

Required: Customer service, transparent communication, basic computer operation,



POS use, basic math, and accurate cash handling support the daily duties. Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, hospitality, upselling, merchandising, Microsoft Office or Excel, filing, organizational and time-management skills, leadership, and the ability to communicate in English and French or otherwise support multilingual customers. Your impact: Helpful, accurate service makes shopping easier for customers and supports a coordinated team.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
