Our service technician teams are the face of our company, and we take that seriously. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while providing outstanding repair, maintenance and installation services.

As a part of our team,



we will support you to:

- Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls
- Assess and complete repairs accurately and timely
- Interact with our customers to ensure their concerns are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Effectively complete work orders
- Maintain an orderly and accurate service vehicle parts inventory
- Support your team members on preventative maintenance and service calls

TALENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Commercial Appliance Equipment service experience is required
- Strong background in RTU HVAC, light Commercial Refrigeration, or gas fitting is an asset
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to support and resolve customer concerns
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges




- Ability to work independently and follow company procedures
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Class 5 license with clean driving record
- On-call rotation for after-hours service
- Occasional day trips to nearby communities and towns or longer-term projects
