Overview

Accommodation, travel, tourism and related services supervisors coordinate daily service operations, support staff, and help guests receive welcoming, reliable assistance. The role combines hands-on guest services with team leadership and operational oversight.

Duties

- Supervise service staff, organize daily assignments, and support consistent hospitality standards.
- Assist guests with requests, resolve service concerns, and coordinate front desk and related activities.
- Monitor operational budgets and resources, maintain accurate records, and share relevant updates with colleagues.
- Support staff coordination and human resources activities, helping teams deliver smooth, attentive service.

Skills

Required: Practical leadership, customer service, guest services,



and clear communication skills help you guide staff, respond to guest needs, and coordinate daily work. Phone etiquette and sound judgment support skilled interactions and effective issue resolution. Preferred: Supervising experience, hotel experience, multilingual or bilingual communication, budgeting knowledge, and familiarity with hospitality and front desk operations can strengthen your contribution. Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
