Junior Einstein’s Academy is looking for passionate, caring and dependable educators for the following positions:

- Infant/Toddler Educator (IT)

- Lead Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

We’re seeking creative educators who are dedicated to supporting children’s growth and development, building strong relationships with families and contributing to a positive, collaborative team workplace.

Infant/Toddler Educator Responsibilities

- Provide warm, responsive care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

- Plan engaging activities that encourage language development, movement, exploration and social skills.

- Support feeding, diapering, sleep routines and daily care needs.

- Communicate with families about their child’s daily experiences and development.

- Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Lead ECE Teacher Responsibilities

- Lead daily classroom routines and plan age-appropriate learning experiences.

- Mentor and support fellow educators through teamwork and effective communication.

- Encourage independence, creativity and social development through play-based learning and positive guidance.





- Maintain classroom documentation and communicate regularly with families and management.

- Help maintain a welcoming, organized and high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

- Valid British Columbia Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification.

- Valid Infant/Toddler certification for the Infant/Toddler Educator position.

- Current child care First Aid and CPR certification.

- Successful completion of required criminal record screening.

- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

- A patient, nurturing approach and a commitment to children’s safety and well-being.

- Experience in a licensed child care setting; leadership experience is preferred for the Lead ECE position.
