Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible for ensuring the accurate and seamless processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Loading and unloading shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use of any necessary equipment, e.g. pump truck, forklift, etc.

Daily

- Prepare materials for shipment.
- Match incoming and outgoing products with purchase orders.
- Verify product expiration codes.
- Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.
- Operate a Forklift (preferred) or Pallet Jack in a safe manner to move the received product inside and outside the facility.
- May lift cases of product and/or stock merchandise according to documented procedures inside and outside the facility.
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
- Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off.




- Report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if there are multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete.
- Handle, organize, and audits the off-site storage.

Weekly

- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations.

Monthly

- Responsible for obtaining off-site inventory when needed

Ongoing

- Maintain a protected work environment.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned

Shift is 1500-2300 Monday to Friday.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
