The role focuses on store communications, project coordination, and operational support.

Full-time. Permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and distribute store communications, newsletters, and operational updates.
- Prepare the weekly newsletter covering promotions, store priorities, KPIs, and upcoming events.
- Track project timelines and support the implementation of operational initiatives.
- Create surveys and digital tools using GoCanvas, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms.
- Keep internal documents and resources up to date.
- Manage store inquiries and provide timely support.
- Assist with holiday planning, expense reports, and year-end processes.




- Work with internal teams on operational projects and communications.
- Visit stores occasionally to gather feedback and identify improvements.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, communications, or project coordination.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with survey tools is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently and within a team.
