Job Summary

The Staff Pharmacist supports safe, effective medication use through patient-focused pharmacy services. This position is available part time or full time and involves collaborating with care teams to support treatment needs across patient populations.

Responsibilities

- Review medication orders and patient information for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential concerns.
- Provide patient care by explaining medication use, answering questions, and supporting safe medication administration.
- Apply medical terminology and clinical knowledge when communicating with patients and healthcare colleagues.
- Coordinate with the care team to clarify medication needs and support continuity of care.
- Provide other services, including: vaccination and conducting medication reviews as required

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
