We're Growing Our Airdrie Care Team!

Concierge Care Calgary is looking for compassionate, dependable and qualified Health Care Aides (HCAs) to support our growing number of home care clients in Airdrie and surrounding communities.

On Saturday, November 7, we're holding a special Airdrie Caregiver Hiring Day where selected applicants will have the opportunity to meet our team and interview with us in person.

We're looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping people remain safely and independently in their own homes—and who understand that great home care is about more than completing a list of tasks. It's about building trust, respecting individual preferences and providing care you would feel comfortable having someone provide to your own family.

How Our Hiring Day Works

Rather than having candidates wait in line for an interview, we're pre-screening applicants and scheduling individual interview times.

About Concierge Care Calgary

Concierge Care Calgary is a locally owned, nurse-led home care company supporting clients throughout Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding communities.

Our team includes more than 100 caregivers providing everything from companionship and personal care to dementia support, overnight care,



24-hour home care and more complex care needs.

We're not a franchise. Our local office and nursing team work closely with our caregivers and clients, and we believe thoughtful caregiver matching and consistency are important parts of providing exceptional home care.

What You'll Do

Depending on your client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

- Bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
- Toileting and continence care
- Mobility, positioning and transfers
- Meal preparation and eating assistance
- Medication assistance within your authorized scope
- Companionship and meaningful activities
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Dementia care and support
- Respite care for family caregivers
- Documenting the care you provide
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Supporting clients in maintaining as much independence as possible

What We're Looking For

We're looking for HCAs who:

- Meet current Alberta requirements to practise as a Health Care Aide
- Are dependable and committed to showing up for their clients
- Provide compassionate, respectful and client-centred care
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Understand the importance of documentation and reporting changes in client condition
- Are willing to work collaboratively with our nursing and office team




- Have reliable transportation to clients in Airdrie and surrounding areas
- Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Take pride in providing safe, professional care

Home care experience is an asset.

We are particularly interested in caregivers with morning, evening, weekend and/or overnight availability.
