Job Title: Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator

Lustrous Clinic is a growing medical, aesthetic, and wellness clinic located in North Vancouver. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier patient care, combining holistic wellness with advanced aesthetic treatments.

Role & Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and provide exceptional front-desk customer service.

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow using clinic software (e.g., Jane App).

Send out marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional updates to our client database.

Assist practitioners and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a medical, dental, aesthetic, or wellness clinic.living in North Vancouver or West Vancouver





Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using booking software, handling email campaigns, and navigating computers efficiently.

Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

Multi-tasking: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Experience or interest in medical aesthetics/laser technology is a solid plus.
