Experienced Full-Time Nanny
- Warm, Professional Family | SW Calgary We are a welcoming, active family in Southwest Calgary seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly organized full-time nanny to become an important part of our household and provide exceptional care for our three children, ages 10, 8, and 5. Southwest Calgary, Alberta Position: Full-time, live-out Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM Compensation: $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience Vacation: 4-5 weeks of paid vacation annually Vehicle: Family vehicle provided for all work-related transportation and errands

About the Role
The primary focus of this position is providing attentive, engaging, and high-quality care for our three children while helping maintain an organized and smoothly running household. We are looking for someone who is confident managing the daily routines of school-aged children, enjoys planning activities, and can balance childcare responsibilities with light household management. We have professional housecleaners who attend twice monthly, so this role does not involve extensive cleaning. Rather, we are looking for someone who takes initiative in keeping the home tidy, organized,



and running efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Providing loving, attentive, and dependable care for our three children. Managing daily routines, including school drop-offs and pick-ups. Supporting homework, reading, and other age-appropriate learning activities. Planning and organizing engaging activities that encourage creativity, independence, and development. Meal planning and preparing healthy, nutritious family meals. Maintaining a tidy and organized home environment, including general housekeeping. Managing household laundry and keeping children's belongings organized. Grocery shopping and occasional household errands. Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of the children and household. A family vehicle will be provided for school transportation, extracurricular activities, grocery shopping, and other work-related errands. We would love to connect with someone who: Has previous professional nanny experience, ideally with school-aged children. Is warm, nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare. Is highly organized, dependable, and proactive. Has excellent time-management skills and can confidently manage a busy family schedule. Takes pride in maintaining a tidy, organized household.



Is comfortable preparing healthy meals and managing basic household responsibilities. Has a valid driver's licence and is a confident driver, comfortable navigating Calgary. Communicates well, demonstrates sound judgment, and values building a trusting relationship with both parents and children.
