This Senior Manager role sits within EY’s HR Technology practice and leads complex Employee Central Payroll implementations. You will translate business goals into scalable solutions aligned with global and local regulations. Responsibilities include retroactive processing, off-cycle payroll, reporting, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own payroll solution design, compliance, and reporting
- Lead full-cycle implementations across multiple geographies
- Ensure integration with time, finance, and payroll systems
- Drive automation, accuracy, and user experience improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional and offshore delivery models
Requirements:
- Proficiency in payroll configuration and retroactive processing
- Solid understanding of global payroll compliance
- Minimum ten years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting
- At least three full-cycle Employee Central Payroll implementations
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
