This experienced Group Leader oversees teams across underground and tunnelling, bridges, civil structures, geotechnical engineering, and fire and life safety. The focus includes workforce readiness, resource performance, employee development, delivery preparation, and effective collaboration across Canadian business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build accountable, collaborative, inclusive, technically excellent group culture
- Translate market opportunities and client needs into capability plans
- Maintain project demand, pipeline, staffing, and recruitment visibility
- Resolve resource, capability, quality, and performance issues proactively
- Support divisional planning, reviews,



governance, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Qualified Engineer registration or eligibility to obtain registration
- Twenty-plus years delivering complex infrastructure or engineering consulting services
- Multidisciplinary engineering, project delivery, or operational leadership experience
- Experience managing utilization, staffing, budgets, delivery, and growth
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
