You will manage inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while cultivating a dedicated workforce exceeding 300 employees. Performance metrics and warehouse management systems experience are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and supporting departments

- Help ensure same-day shipping and customer service

Requirements:

- Ten or more years of hands-on management experience
- Background in 500,000-plus square-foot distribution centers

- Robust problem-solving and communication capabilities
