Coordinate luxury retail operations for Fendi by managing product requests, stock movement, shipping preparation, and client order accuracy. Support sales across channels.

As an Omni Stockist, you will partner with store management, selling teams, leadership, and warehouse contacts. Your work covers deliveries, returns, consignments, charge sends, and multiple delivery options. You will help maintain service level standards while reducing fulfillment errors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rebalance request transfers and review pending orders
- Pull deliveries and deliver packages to shipping
- Manage return accuracy and open client case resolution
- Coordinate ship-to-home, pickup, and white glove services
- Participate in loss prevention procedures





Requirements:

- Minimum two to four years professional retail experience
- Customer experience background; luxury experience preferred
- Strong results orientation and collaborative communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Physical labor ability and adaptable nights, weekends, holidays
