As Senior Claims Handler, you will assess complex home warranty and property matters involving coverage, defects, liability, and exposure. You will analyze technical evidence, apply the BC Homeowner Protection Act, and support resolution with homeowners, builders, insurers, and consultants. This work contributes to accurate, defensible claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess coverage and identify construction defects and liabilities
- Interpret legislation and Residential Construction Performance Guide requirements
- Analyze engineering reports and technical assessments
