Ganotec seeks a mid-level Project Coordinator and Field Engineer for complex industrial initiatives across Canada. You will connect engineering, construction, subcontractors, and stakeholders while supporting safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets. Electrical, mechanical, structural, or piping backgrounds are relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine work packages with engineering and construction departments
- Update schedules, monitor budgets, and control project scope
- Manage design specifications, as-built records, and turnover reports
- Review plans and specifications for risks and technical clarity




- Prepare progress reports and improve operational processes

Requirements:

- Technical degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines
- Three years’ project coordination or field supervision experience
- Industrial construction or energy sector background
- Experience with scheduling software and cost control procedures
- Flexibility for travel, relocation, and fly-in/fly-out assignments
