Turn user interviews and contextual inquiries into product insights at Closer. Lead research that helps improve software used by lawyers, clerks, and clients. This experienced UX Researcher will plan and execute research initiatives while reporting to the Head of UX Research. You will observe users, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover behaviours and pain points. Your findings will support product, design, engineering, and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and contextual research with product users Facilitate usability studies and internal research meetings Identify, articulate, and prioritize usability issues Communicate analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions Critique wireframes and prototypes using user insights

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master of Science in a related discipline Experience using common research and usability methodologies Proficiency with remote testing, card sorting, and A/B testing Ability to use data to inform designs and decisions Strong collaboration skills and user problem-solving focus Bring curiosity, research expertise, and explicit communication to shape Closer’s product experience through meaningful user evidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
