Afterhours Healthcare Security Supervisors support Paladin Security sites across the Lower Mainland, coordinating responses with stakeholders and emergency responders. The position is based in Burnaby and pays $26.00 per hour.

This full time supervisor role provides afterhours operational support for healthcare security services. You will assist with scheduling, training, coaching, mentoring, and guidance for security teams. Responsibilities include maintaining programs, reviewing standards, investigating incidents, and supporting contract KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary afterhours security representative for Paladin Security
- Work with Health Authority stakeholders and emergency responders
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring




- Maintain Post Orders and Policy & Procedure Manuals
- Evaluate programs and compile requested operational statistics

Requirements:

- Minimum one year security industry work experience
- Minimum one year supervisory, management, or leadership experience
- Ability to deliver presentations to groups
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to lead, organize, delegate, and problem solve

Use afterhours coordination, staff development, and security program knowledge to support healthcare operations throughout the Lower Mainland.
