You will combine relationship-building with commercial awareness while guiding prospective clients through service options. Your work will connect consultation, agreement, and commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client needs through consultations and assessments
- Recommend appropriate care plans and services
- Clarify funding arrangements and client eligibility requirements




- Convert suitable consultations into signed service agreements
- Support smooth transitions from consultation to commencement

Requirements:

- Client-focused experience in aged or home care
- Understanding of home support funding pathways
- Ability to communicate sensitively with families and representatives
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Accurate service agreement, documentation, and CRM record management
