You investigate issues, translate requirements into practical solutions, and collaborate with business and IT partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve complex operational issues
- Identify process improvements using Lean principles
- Translate business needs into practical solutions
- Support planning, testing, implementation, and transition
- Create consistent system and change documentation

Requirements:

- At least three years of business systems experience
- Business systems experience within insurance
- Progress toward LOMA ACS, AHIP, or HIA
- Yellow Belt Lean level or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence change
