Provide enhanced residential support for acquired brain injury, behavioural challenges, and daily living needs within Connective’s assisted living services. This Enhanced Acquired Brain Injury Support Worker position supports residents as they transition into and live successfully in the community. You will supervise residential routines, maintain safety, assist with personal care, and reinforce individualized care plans. The work involves collaboration with Fraser Health, health professionals, social workers, families, and other agencies. Provide prompts, guidance, personal care, and health-related assistance Organize groceries, meal preparation, housekeeping, and residence operations Maintain files, reports, care plans, and confidential progress documentation Experience in assisted living or another relevant residential setting Knowledge of case planning, behaviour modification, and psychosocial rehabilitation Physical fitness, Emergency First Aid, Food Secure, and Class 5 licence Bring residential supervision, behavioural support, life-skills coaching, and safety awareness to Connective’s brain injury program. #
