This Patient Services Supervisor supports Food and Nutrition Services in hospital and long-term care settings. You will act as a liaison among patients, family members, nursing services, and department teams. The work includes understanding therapeutic diets, assisting clinical staff, and ensuring ordered nutrition care reaches patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and follow through on patient diet orders
- Obtain food preferences and dislikes from patients
- Provide appropriate menu selections for therapeutic diets
- Assist clinical staff with basic nutrition care needs
- Deliver patient nourishments and snacks as ordered

Requirements:

- Required experience as a Patient Services Supervisor
- Leadership skills supporting Patient Services Workers
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities preferred but not required
