Key Responsibilities:

- Report Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard results to drivers
- Explain incentive payouts and address driver scorecard concerns
- Analyze real-time data from onboard truck computers




- Coach and educate drivers on operational process adherence
- Uphold corporate safety standards with operations partners
