Supervise beverage packaging at Jost Vineyards, coordinating bottling, bagging, and canning while developing a four-person production team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this hands-on Production Supervisor role supports daily operations at Nova Scotia’s largest winery. You will assign tasks, build team capability through training and cross-training, and help production continue smoothly. The position also includes quality monitoring, inventory coordination, records, safety compliance, and process improvements.
