As a Personal Banking Associate, you will help existing and prospective customers understand banking solutions and reach suitable internal partners. Your work includes customer service, confidential judgement, new-account guidance, investment advice referrals, and problem resolution. You will contribute to accurate business processes, compliant documentation, and effective branch operations. Strong administration, planning, organization, and communication skills support this customer-facing position. A post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred, while relevant banking knowledge helps you advise customers appropriately.

Requirements:

- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
