Working with the Home Manager and community teams, you will respect individual cultures, abilities, hobbies, and choices. Key Responsibilities:

- Help residents engage and socialise within the home
- Develop activities respecting diversity and inclusion
- Encourage relatives and friends to participate
- Assist creative fundraising initiatives for resident activities
- Support budgeting for entertainment, materials, and outings
