Small business account growth and sales calls anchor this full-time Insurance Advisor opportunity at Western Financial Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

As part of the Commercial Advisors team, you will manage activities across a national book of small business accounts. Reporting to the Manager, Growth Administration, you will offer a new service for clients under a specified premium threshold. Your focus includes client follow-up, product knowledge, provider relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales calls with new and existing clients
- Up-sell insurance products to contribute to business growth
- Maintain product knowledge and provider relationships
- Follow up on accounts and resolve outstanding activities
- Assist with commercial book administration accurately

Requirements:

- Robust sales and communication skills
- Experience achieving sales targets individually and collaboratively
- General Insurance Level 1 License
- Commercial Lines experience considered an asset
- Industry association and community involvement
