Manage customer-facing logistics support for Cencora’s onsite Mississauga operations, focused on import, export, and complex shipment resolution. Sunday and weekday evening shifts apply.

This Logistics Specialist supports daily import and export activities while serving as an internal expert for targeted customer segments. You will develop trusted relationships, monitor customer-setting changes, and address complaints. The position also supports Operations Manager assignments, colleague development, and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily import and export operations
- Build trusting target-segment customer relationships
- Resolve complex shipment-related concerns
- Prepare problem-resolution responses and CAPAs
- Mentor colleagues and assist training development

Requirements:

- Two or more years of customer care experience
- High School diploma
- Written and verbal English and/or French communication
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Potential for worldwide travel
