As Student Development Officer, you will deliver non-academic student programs that enhance the overall student experience. The work includes orientation, residence activities, student guidance, recruitment, Co-op work placements, and peer tutoring. You will also liaise with high schools and promote College programs across the Burin region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee orientation and student-focused initiatives
- Assist recruitment initiatives for prospective students
- Coordinate practical Co-op work placements
- Promote programs and services throughout surrounding communities




- Liaise with high schools and organize campus tours

Requirements:

- Business Administration diploma, with equivalencies considered
- Program or event delivery experience involving active participation
- Knowledge of student engagement strategies and event planning
- Ability to communicate effectively and foster supportive environments
- Professionalism, independence, and solid task-management abilities
