Represent Bath & Body Works as a store leader, combining product knowledge, coaching, and consumer connection to deliver feel good experiences. Lead delegated shifts and support consistent store operations.

As a Brand Experience Key Holder, you will serve as a dedicated brand ambassador within the field leadership team. Your responsibilities include guiding associates, addressing consumer or maintenance issues, and creating personalized recommendations. You will also help maintain protected, clean, and engaging store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address consumer, vendor, and maintenance issues when scheduled
- Uncover consumer needs and recommend products personally
- Interpret and disseminate company directives
- Assist with floorsets, windows, visuals, and marketing placement




- Maintain safety, cleanliness, policies, and store standards

Requirements:

- Ability to foster consumer-focused selling across the store
- In-the-moment coaching ability for associates
- Strong communication and effective situation de-escalation skills
- Ability to meet standing, lifting, reaching, and ladder demands
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
