Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire talent across its business divisions. This corporate position combines employer branding, strategic partnerships, proactive sourcing, and recruitment projects. You will promote P&H; through communities, job fairs, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote P&H; through outreach, job fairs, and partnerships
- Execute sourcing through online platforms and industry events
- Build pipelines for current and future roles
- Recommend recruitment best practices on assigned projects




- Track hiring performance using recruitment metrics

Requirements:

- Three to five years supporting multiple business divisions
- Corporate recruitment experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and travel within Canada
