As a Care Support Assistant, you will work on Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team. This permanent full-time day assignment runs from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Support residents and families through care, activities, meals, transfers, and household routines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Support resident admissions, orientations, and transfers as directed
- Transport residents to dining, activities, rooms, and health office
- Support Care Community event attendance and engagement
- Make beds, organize closets, and transport personal laundry

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors
- Effective verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid permit
