Serve construction customers from Convoy’s Coquitlam location using product knowledge, order processing, and transparent communication. Coordinate materials and deliveries accurately. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers purchasing roofing, building envelope, and below grade materials. You will also coordinate deliveries, explain product applications, and support warehouse inventory activities. Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately Coordinate customer deliveries and pickups with operations Educate customers about products and applications Participate in physical warehouse materials inventory Customer procurement experience, preferably construction or building supply Apply customer service, construction product knowledge, and coordination skills while supporting Convoy customers in Coquitlam, British Columbia. #
