As a Senior Commercial Overhead Door Technician, you independently maintain, repair, and install systems across assigned contracts. The work includes loading docks, truck restraints, dock seal/shelters, high speed doors, hollow metal doors, operators, and controls. You also provide hands-on coaching and technical escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve high-risk failures and escalated service calls
- Diagnose commercial doors and associated electrical systems
- Install advanced systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians
- Support estimates, scopes,



onboarding, and service planning

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant hands-on experience
- High school diploma required; certification strongly preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot complex commercial door issues independently
- Robust communication for clients, documentation, and coordination
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
