Ndinawe is preparing to open a new location and seeks a full-time coordinator reporting to the Site Manager. You will foster belonging, address housing concerns, connect Relatives with resources, and respect privacy and self-determination. Hours may include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help Relatives manage homes and daily responsibilities
- Resolve concerns and develop housing stability strategies
- Foster inclusive, respectful community connection
- Connect Relatives with cultural and community resources

Requirements:

- Relevant social services, housing, or community education preferred
- Experience in supportive housing or community-based settings
- Strengths-based approach promoting independence and self-determination
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Basic Microsoft Office, email, and electronic documentation skills
