Support small business agricultural clients through responsive banking advice, credit assessment, and relationship management at Assiniboine Credit Union. This hybrid Winnipeg position includes regular Manitoba travel.

As Agribusiness Account Manager, you will serve members and prospects through ACU’s Agribusiness Financial Centre. The 15-month term focuses on straightforward borrowing and banking requests, with credit approvals up to $500,000. You will promote products, identify needs, manage account information, and contribute to portfolio retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand agricultural operations and identify member needs
- Provide advice on agribusiness banking products and services
- Support referrals and expand ACU’s agribusiness presence
- Apply lending procedures, service standards,



and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate files and current account information

Requirements:

- Business, agribusiness, finance, accounting, or related diploma or degree
- At least two years of relevant lending or agricultural experience
- Ability to review financial information and support recommendations
- Knowledge of agribusiness products, policies, and lending practices
- Ability to travel throughout Manitoba and work in field environments
