As a Maintenance Associate, you will maintain residential units, common areas, amenities, and building systems. The full-time, on-site work combines work-order follow-up with painting, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs. You will also support property improvements, preventative maintenance, and daily site standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare apartments for occupancy and maintain shared property spaces
- Complete repairs involving doors, hinges, locks, plumbing, and lights
- Execute preventative maintenance for boilers, HVAC, and building equipment




- Respond to emergency work orders during scheduled on-call rotations
- Deliver materials and maintain organized tools and supply inventory

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ experience in residential or commercial maintenance
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle access
- Ability to work outside normal business hours
- Clean-shaven requirement for respirator use when required
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
